TIS Software is an AI-native software development studio. We build fixed-price web, app, marketplace and game projects, offer "vibe-code" rescue work and a "Launch & Run" service, and operate the "Build with AI" and "Ask AI" AI features available on this website under paid subscription plans (payments processed by Stripe). The website tissoftware.ch is not a marketplace or intermediary — no third-party goods or services are traded through it. Any bespoke project engagement is governed by a separate written agreement / offer concluded directly between the client and Tino Tsanev, selbständig. Descriptions of services on this website are indicative and do not, by themselves, constitute a binding offer.

3. Responsibility for Content

Responsibility for the editorial content of this website lies with Tino Tsanev, selbständig, represented by Tino Tsanev, at the address in Section 1.
